When I use my “intelligent” text, my intuitive speller, my whatever you want to call it (the feature that guesses what you’re typing on your phone when you’re sending a text), I think Nokia knows damn well that when I hit “7448″, I am spelling out “SHIT”.
Not SHIV, Nokia.

Who do they think they are preventing from sending a “rude word” to? Don’t they know there are lots of frustrated adults out there needing to type “shit” in a hurry!????
They are just wasting 18 more seconds of my day by making me have to turn off the spell intuition to hit the 7 four times, then the 4 twice, then another time for the ‘i’… you get my drift.

Not only does my phone "duck" things all the time (and since when is ducking even a word????) but its not even a Nokia!
Its actually an LG, and I'm here to tell you that they are even better. I forget what word it was that I was texting the other day, but it actually came up with a "suggestion" of some word beginning with J that I had never seen.
I thought "oh hell no! This can't even be a word. I'mm calling bullshit" and promptly googled it.
Apparently it is some town in India.
Maybe it is programmed to find its way to the call centre if lost?

Maybe they should be programmed to replace part of the word with @ or # instead like on certain forums! LOL
OMG I cannot even begin to count the number of times I've had this exact same complaint about my LG phone! Let me type whatever I wanna!
